How it works for you

Three taps between request and booking

No new system to learn. The request comes in, you answer with a template and your price, done.

01

The request reaches you

Only requests that fit your campsite: your area, your pitch types, your facilities. Dates, party and wishes at a glance.

02

You send your offer

Pick a standard reply, fill in your price, send. Your photos, facilities and site map go along automatically. Don't want to reply? Then do nothing.

03

Accepted means booked

If the camper picks you, you get a message straight away with all the details, so you can put the booking into your own system. Without commission.

The difference between free and paid

Same request. Four hours apart.

Free campsites get exactly the same requests — only by email, and four hours later. Paid campsites get them as a push notification within thirty seconds. In those four hours the offers are already on the table.

Waiting — the request is held for four hours
EmailYou can still reply

Only after four hours does the request arrive by email. You can still reply, but the first offers are already in.

A request runs for a short time — often less than a day. Whoever sends a good offer first gets picked most often. Taking part for free is fine to get a feel for it; if you actually want bookings out of it, those four hours are the difference.

Two tiers

Start free. Move up when it pays off.

Both tiers are commission-free. The difference is speed and convenience, not what you are allowed to charge.

What it gets you

Demand you would never have seen

Camping Buddy knows 3,322 campsites in France, spread across all 96 departments. Every request goes only to the campsites that genuinely fit — adding yours is a matter of signing up.

Your last pitches filled

It is precisely the three-day gaps mid-season that are hard to sell. Here the demand comes to you.

You set the price, every time

You decide what to charge per request. Quiet week? Bid sharper. Full? Simply don't reply.

Reach without your own marketing

Campers who have never heard of your campsite and would never have typed your name still get to see your offer.

Language is no longer a barrier

Write in your own language. The camper reads it in theirs, and the other way round. Dutch and German guests included.

Two minutes per request

Standard replies exist for a reason: open, fill in the price, send. Even between two guests at the desk.

Flat fee, nothing skimmed

What the guest pays, you keep. One invoice a year, or four instalments — no percentage per booking.

Frequently asked

What campsite owners ask us

Rather have a call? Request a callback at partners@campingbuddy.eu — we call on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.

Do I have to respond to every request?

No. You see the request, you decide. Not replying has no effect on your subscription or your position in the matching.

Why the four-hour delay on the free tier?

The immediate link — push notifications, chat, standard replies — is what the subscription pays for. On the free tier you get the same requests, only by email and delayed. That way you can try it out without the paid subscription losing its value.

Can I move from free to Complete later?

Yes, at any time. Your campsite profile, photos and facilities stay as they are; you pay and the push notifications are on straight away.

Do I pay commission on a booking?

Never. Not on the free tier and not on Complete. The price is agreed between you and the camper; we are not in the middle of it.

What happens if I don't renew?

The subscription renews automatically; you can cancel up to a month before the end of the contract period. If you cancel, you fall back to the free tier — so you keep receiving requests, with the four-hour delay.

Does it work alongside my own booking system?

Yes. Camping Buddy does not manage availability and does not block pitches. When an offer is accepted you receive all the details and put the booking into your own system.

Add your campsite before the season starts

Signing up takes fifteen minutes: name, pin on the map, number of units, facilities. After that you are in the matching — free, or Complete right away.
